    Great post! And FYI…if you do your workout early in the morning before you work and eat, you will burn more calories!!

    My next challenge is to get to the weight that is on my Driver’s Licence!

    I have that exact same ball. Possession 9/10 of the law… You weren’t kidding. I better go check to make sure mine isn’t missing. J/K

    Anyways I use mine for balance training, try sitting on it with just your knees and balancing for 5 mins. You start working up a helluva sweat.
